A heated, high-intensity yoga class blending mindful movement with strength training. We start by grounding and warming the body, move through a short yoga flow with weights, intentional sets and reps, and add cardio bursts and a core series for a full-body workout. Class closes with a restorative savasana meditation.

This one-hour offering is an introduction to breathwork, designed to support rest, recovery, and nervous system regulation. We’ll begin with about 20 minutes of guided breathwork, followed by a Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowl sound bath (bowls only).

Mats and blankets are provided—feel free to bring anything extra that helps you feel comfortable and supported.

Monthly Breathwork Journey

First Saturday of every month | 7:00–9:00 PM

This is a longer-form breathwork journey for those who want to go deeper. We’ll spend around 40 minutes in continuous connected breath, followed by an immersive sound bath using drums, bowls, rainsticks, and ocean drum.

This experience is more expansive and cathartic, allowing space for emotional release, insight, and integration. Mats and blankets are provided.

Sound Bath with Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls

Experience the crystalline frequencies of Crystal Tones Alchemy Sound Bowls, featuring newly curated bowl sets each week—infused with rare gemstones and minerals designed to support deep energetic alignment and restoration.

Each session is $30 and runs 1 hour.

We begin with a gentle introduction to breathwork (about 20–25 minutes) to help regulate the nervous system and open the body, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath experience.
